Spend a few mins a night while watching the TV, and this will save you many hours of aches pains, and “out of action” moments. When you hit a “tension” or hyper irritbale spot…. you will know!! JUst slowly keep the roll going, and release the tension in the muscle. Sorts MANY knee issues out!
